At Leisure was displayed in my residence at Klippe Rivier Country House in Swellendam and then in Cape Town.
Donna White now lives and paints very successfully in the UK. Her work has progressed from photorealism in the 1970s and 1980s to bold and colourful canvases in the late 1980s and 1990s (of which At Leisure is one) to more dynamic abstract work in the 2000s when her family moved to the UK. Today, Donna’s journey in paint ranges from the microcosmic to the galactic, utilising the latest technologies, including virtual reality and 3D printing.
Over the many years, Donna has exhibited at numerous solo and group shows in Southern Africa and Germany. A number of paintings have been selected for and exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Show, Royal Society of Portrait Painters Exhibition, and the Royal West of England Academy shows.
