This charming Victorian-style basket was displayed in the Reid Room at Klippe Rivier Country House, Swellendam.
Affectionately known as Jan Pot, or Swellendam’s very own Hobbit, Jan’s pottery and paintings have travelled the world to new homes. Jan’s whimsical Heads and Vases decorated Klippe Rivier for 20 years, and he received commissions from many Klippe Rivier guests around the world.
