Superb early Louis Jansen Van Vuuren, selected for the 2002-2003 Portfolio Bed & Breakfast Collection cover. With its pomegranates, figs and cherries, the artwork was perfectly displayed in the dining room at Klippe River Country House, Swellendam.
Today, Louis and his partner, Hardy Olivier, live at La Creuzette their chateau in the French countryside where Louis continues to paint. Lifestyle and cookery tours are offered and guests stay in their beautifully restored historic manor house in a walled park on the outskirts of Boussac rural village in the Limousin region.
