Framed oil on board, signed. The frame is hand-painted by the artist.
Originally purchased in Zambia in the 1990s, a colourful and decorative artwork in the naïve or African folk art style, with each mushroom identified in writing by the artist on the reverse – Huvhe, Chihombiro, Nhedzi and Tsuuke-tsuuke.
The artwork hung in the Westby-Nunn Cottage at Klippe Rivier Country House, Swellendam.
